Information We Collect Automatically: * Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Platform, such as the pages or content you view, your search queries, the time and date of your visits, and the links you click. * Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information. * Log Data: Our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website. This log data may include your IP address, browser type, referring domain, pages visited, and search terms. * Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to track activity on our Platform and hold certain information.   • Facilitate Connections: To enable direct connections between Owners and Seekers, displaying listing information to relevant users and allowing them to communicate.
  • Improve and Personalize User Experience: To understand how you and other users interact with the Platform, and to personalize your experience, provide tailored content, and recommend listings or features.
  • Communicate with You: To send you service-related announcements, updates, security alerts, and support messages. We may also send you marketing communications and promotional offers if you have opted-in to receive them.
  • Ensure Safety and Security: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, unauthorized access, and other malicious or illegal activities. To enforce our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, and other policies.
  • Analytics and Research: To perform data analytics, research, and analysis to monitor and improve the performance and features of the Platform.
  • Comply with Legal Obligations: To meet our legal and regulatory requirements, including responding to legal requests and enforcing our rights.

  • With Other Users (for connection purposes):
    • When an Owner posts a listing, certain information (e.g., listing description, photos, general location, pricing) becomes publicly visible to Seekers on the Platform.
    • When a Seeker contacts an Owner, the Owner will see the Seeker's username/profile information and any messages exchanged.
  • With Our Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, data analysis, payment processing (if applicable in the future), customer support, and marketing services. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court order or government agency request). We may also disclose information to enforce our policies, protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users or the public.
